How do we set it up?

It's a simple plug and play set up, and we send a step by step instruction manual with every order. Rest assured, we have Australian based support ready to help if you get stuck.

Do we have to pay for 4G or connectivity separately?

No. Every device is shipped with a 4G / 5G compatible sim card included and a data plan supplied by Nayax at no extra charge for data consumption. See our full terms here.

How secure is the money from our donations?

Nayax cashless payment solutions meet the highest industry standards to ensure the safety of all parties. Our certifications include EMVCo (level 1 and 2), CE, FCC, RoHS, Mastercard PayPass, Visa payWave, and PCI DSS. Nayax is PCI DSS 3.2 certified and adheres to GDPR standards, ensuring the system’s security meets the industry’s highest standards

How do we set up our bank account to receive donations?

Is a branded banner included?

A blank physical banner board (25cm x 15cm) is included and you can design and print your own branded banner with your custom brand and messaging by using our template here.

Do we get reporting on our donations?

Nayax's online portal allows charities to view their donations in real time, and make terminal setting changes remotely.

Download the iOS app or Google Play app to track your donations in real time during a campaign event.

What other fees are there?

Nayax's fees can be found here.

Tap 4 Good is a Nayax reseller with Nayax being the underlying payment processor.

The Nayax fees published on our website are for guidance only. The official and current fee schedule will be provided to you by Nayax when you activate your donation terminal.

Can the devices be stationed outside?

Yes, the devices are IP65 rated weather-resistant, and are in-use at carwashes around the country.

We can also provide you with water resistant housings which can be screwed directly to your own signage.

However, to get the longest life out of your donation terminal we'd still recommend semi-covered, out of direct sunlight and rain if possible.

Yes. We are an Australian based company and we have Australian based support.
